components (1186 pieces in all) including gears, sensors, blocks, panels,
motors, axles, wheels, compressors, pneumatic parts, gearboxes, switches,
lights, an electronic magnet, encoder motors, and one fischertechnik ROBO TX
Controller interface unit, along with a power supply. Also includes all assembly
instructions, ROBO Pro Programming Software and complete curriculum.

Best Project Based STEM product I've used and very affordable.by Michael on March 19, 2013
I first used fischertechnik in my PLTW program but due to changes, problems and budgets our school dropped PLTW and began to look for an alternative STEM program that was affordable but would last the year. I found out about the new FT STEM Labs program, spoke with a rep and I really liked what I heard. After trying it in my class, the kids loved it, and because it's really affordable I was able to purchase more untits to outfit my whole class. This product is engaging and covers all the areas of STEM thoroughly.
