Saving time is a must, and Adobe Acrobat XI Pro delivers.

Do you work with people who constantly bombard you with many document types including Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF’s? You then find yourself copying and pasting from PDF to Word and having to spend time re-formatting and re-typing? Not anymore! Adobe’s New Acrobat XI offers an awesome exporting option.  You can now export the text off a PDF and easily paste it into your Word or Excel file and format it as you like.  Acrobat Pro XI even gives you an export option to Microsoft’s PowerPoint. This will be sure to save you lots of time in creating that presentation. Plus there are some great security options, watch this video to learn more.

Creating PDF’s has become pretty simple with previous versions of Acrobat. However, if you wanted to edit the text and photos it wasn’t very streamlined. Adobe decided to solve this problem by creating text and photo editing tools within Acrobat 11. You can simply replace Photos with newer updated versions and crop them accordingly to overcome size variations. Previously, you would have had to crop them in an external application before importing them to your PDF.

Adobe’s Acrobat XI Pro is available to Pre-Order at Studica. Students and educators can receive academic discounts on Acrobat and many other Adobe titles.
