Wonder League MinionWonder Workshop has started their first Wonder League Robotics Competition and the Minions are all over it! Teams from around the USA and their Dash and Dot robots are ready for action. The grand prize winners will get an all-expense paid STEM Field Trip to California. This trip will allow the winners to meet with top professionals in engineering, game design and animation. They will meet the artists who create the Minions at Illumination Entertainment, learn from EA game makers, present to engineers at Google, tour Universal Studios and more. (It makes me wish I was a little bit younger… ) There will also be prizes for the Top  10 teams as well as awards for State Champions.

Wonder League Robotics Competition

This robotics competition is for children between the ages of 6 and 11. Each team can have up to 6 members. One adult organizer per team is required. Dash and DotYour team will have a total of 7 missions to complete. Make sure your Dash & Dot robots can overcome obstacles, solve coding challenges and have an excellent adventure. You will take your robots to explore a newly discovered planet and then return them safely to earth. Get more details of your mission. Right now six of your missions are available. Your last mission will be released on November 16th. You must complete all your missions and submit your work no later than December 1st. Get more details on the competition.
