Q. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Q. HOW WILL I KNOW IF THE PRODUCT I HAVE PURCHASED REQUIRES EDUCATION PROOF?
A. When you view your shopping cart there will be a red dot next to the product name and a note below the list of products you are ordering. When you complete your order you will also receive an email that tells you that we require current dated student proof before we can ship your order. Also, your order status will say "Awaiting Education Verification".
Q. WHAT IS ACCEPTABLE PROOF OF STUDENT/FACULTY STATUS?
A. Different manufacturers have different requirements. You can check our Who Can Order page for specific manufacturer requirements. If the manufacturer you are looking for is not listed you can send anything that shows you are currently enrolled or employed. Copy of a dated student ID, copy of a dated tuition bill, copy of a recent pay stub, or a letter from the school.
Q. HOW DO I SEND YOU MY PROOF?
A. You can either upload, fax or email your student proof. You will get an upload link after you place your order. You can fax to (877) 754-2807 or you can email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. HOW WILL I KNOW THAT YOU RECEIVED MY PROOF OF STUDENT/FACULTY STATUS?
A. Your order status will change from "Awaiting Education Verification" to "Processing Order". When your order ships your status will change to "Shipped".
Q. WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
A. Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days provided that the item is in stock and as long as your current academic ID is on file. All orders are shipped via Ground Service. Delivery time does not include holiday's and weekend days.
Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A. There is a 30 day return policy on all products. All products must be unopened and unregistered. Return authorization is required. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. Defective products will either be handled directly through the manufacturer or will be exchanged for a new product. We do not offer refunds on defective products. If a new order is not placed at the time of the return a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Q. WHAT KIND OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT DO YOU OFFER?
A. Free installation-only support is available for Autodesk Classroom products. Technical support for Autodesk Student and all other products is available through the manufacturer.
