User Interface improvements

"Closeable" Pan/Zoom tool

• The pan/zoom tool now provides a close box. It's a fast, convenient way to exit and return to the last tool used.

One tap Undo/redo buttons

• For convenient one-click access, Undo and Redo buttons are now provided on the tool palette and remain visible even if you hide the rest of the palette.Undo/Redo now on the Tool Palette

Brush size preview

• Now see an outline of the largest size of the current brush based on the setting in the brush property sheet. You'll get a better sense of how large the brush will be when you apply full pressure.

Easy-to-understand brush properties
Each brush type (pen, pencil, marker, airbrush, etc.) has its own brush-specific property setting based on their real-world counterparts. For example, with the Air Brush tool, you can adjust the size of the brush and the “flow” – or the amount of paint put down with a change of pressure. The effects of adjusting the brushes are much more obvious and adds to the ease-of-learning and ease-of-use.

Larger brush size
The maximum size for the brushes has been increased. Now it's faster to fill the page with color.

Soft eraser tool
The new pressure-sensitive soft erasers allow you to rub out underlying brush strokes gradually. You'll get more control and manipulation over the look of the image—and makes it easier for shadowing and texturing effects.
