All returns must be authorized within 15 days of delivery to the seller. If a product is defective in any way, please contact our Customer Service ((888) 561-7521 or e-mail: sales_us@studica.com) and we will be happy to make arrangements with you to exchange the product.

If you, for any reason, have changed your mind about wanting a product that has already shipped to you from Studica you may return it to us if the return is authorized within 15 days of delivery. Additionally, the following conditions must be met:
  • The product must be unopened. If it was shrink wrapped, the shrink wrapping must still be sealed. If the box it was in was sealed the security seal must still be in tact. The product must be in resalable condition as deemed by Studica.
  • The customer agrees to pay all freight charges for the original shipment and the return of the product to Studica
  • The customer agrees to accept the credit for the product less a 15% restocking charge for the return. The 15% restocking fee may be waived if a product of equal value is purchased at the time of the return.
  • We do not accept returns for any Roland machines, All defective issues must be taken care of directly through Roland.
  • The customer contacts Studica Customer Service ((888) 561-7521 or e-mail: sales_us@studica.com) for authorization before returning the product to Studica
  • Studica.com does not offer returns for all downloaded products
