Adobe Classroom Licensing Options:
Adobe Transactional Licensing Program (TLP):
- Ideal for small institutions (1-99 workstations)
- No minimum purchase required
- No long-term agreements
- No membership requirements
- Upgrade plans are optional
Adobe Cumulative Licensing Program (CLP):
- Significant volume savings on Adobe Licensing, discount is calculated on initial order.
- Ideal for medium to large institutions
- Minimum initial purchase requirement is 5,000 points
- Two-year agreement
- Track and manage your licenses through Adobe's password-protected licensing website
- Receive a single serial number for orders of the same product, version and platform. A single serial number will simplify installation and tracking
- Optional Student Licensing Option available with signed enrollment schedule. Help give your students additional discounts on Adobe Student Licensing!
Adobe K-12 School Site Licenses:
- Restricted to an individual school located at a single address. (Districts must purchase a K-12 School Site License for each school location separately. Individual site licenses cannot be split up and distributed among multiple schools.)
- Receive installation rights for 250 or 500 school-owned or school-leased computers regardless of the enrollment size
- FREE project-based curriculum
Adobe K-12 Enterprise Agreement:
- For K-12 districts only
- Minimum initial purchase requirement is 300 full-time equivalent (FTE) faculty and staff. Districts with fewer than 300 FTE can participate at the 300 FTE level
- Three-year agreement term
- Licenses are purchased in one year increments
- District-wide agreement. Discount is based on the total number of full-time equivilant (FTE) faculty and staff
- Eligible products: Creative Suite Bundle or Acrobat Pro Bundle
- Purchase additional license as you need them for the same discount tier as your initial order
- Upgrades are included
