Propellerhead Reason 6 is an integrated software music recording and production studio with audio recording, mixing and EQs, and all the instruments, sounds and effects you could ever dream of for writing, recording, remixing and producing great-sounding tracks. With its enormous sound bank and intuitive flow, Reason gives you everything youn eed yet facilitates your creative flow—the music software that never gets in your way.

Reason is built around virtual racks of instruments and effects. As you work on your
track, you build the rack as you go. Create instruments and effects and route them any
way you want to. Add, delete, replace and tweak. Your rack is what you want it to be.
Everything is automatically patched in and routed as you create instruments. Should
you want to get deep, simply flip the rack around and route audio anyway you like, just like in a
real world studio, only faster and better.
The powerful sequencer is where you will find yourself doing most of the work. While keeping
Reason’s famous ease of use, it still comes with all the editing features you need.
The fully equipped mixing desk adds a big studio signal chain to all your sound sources. The
built-in EQ, dynamics and advanced routing will give your music that unmistakable million-dollar
console sound, including the “radio ready” master bus compressor.
Reason’s legendary flow lets you stay focused on the music and explore your options as you go
along. With a completely integrated environment like Reason, you will face fewer dialog boxes,
more inspiration and more music. Reason is everything you need to turn good ideas into great
songs.
