Studica's Shipping Policy
Our online order form will automatically determine and display your rate based on the number of units and total weight of your order. We offer the following FedEx shipping services:
- FedEx Standard Overnight
- FedEx 2Day Service
- FedEx Ground / Home Delivery
Downloads are typically delivered via email withing 24 to 48 hours of time of order. This does not include weekend days.
If the manufacturer requires proof of enrolment, orders can only be processed once we receive, or already have on file, valid proof of your current student or faculty/staff status.
- There is a 48 hour processing time on all orders that does not included weekend days
- Studica does not ship to Post Office Boxes
- FedEx delivery does not included weekend days
- Electronic Download products are not instantaneous
- You can check your order status by logging into the My Account page and then selecting My Order from the My Account options on the left side of your screen.
Note: The name and address in your billing information must match the name and address for your credit card to avoid delays to your order.
