Our Canadian Team has been traveling across the country to represent Studica’s product lines to the teachers across the Nation. Derek travelled east to Halifax, Nova Scotia to a Home Economics show to showcase Realityworks, and then travelled to Montreal with Michael to the English Montreal School Board Conference, bringing Rapid Prototyping technology to the teachers there.

Christina Ford, Realityworks expert, travelled west to Surrey, British Columbia, to touch base with the teachers and bring the latest in teaching parenting skills at the Teachers of Home Economics Specialist Association Trade Show.  Christina was pleased to deliver a workshop on Shaken Baby Syndrome to this group of professionals.

I was also in British Columbia at the British Columbia Technology Education Association Conference in Abbotsford.  This event was hosted by  W.J. Mouat Secondary School and featured a variety of representatives from all technology fields.  I brought examples of fischertechnik Robots to show the teachers the ease of learning and the value that STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics)  and robotics programs can bring to students.
