Channels
Our U-channels and low-profile U-channels serve as the structural backbone for constructing robust and versatile robot frames. Made of 3mm thick, 6061-T6 aluminum, the anodized, deburred and polished pieces are strong and safe, and available in blue, green, gold, red, black and clear (silver). They come in lengths from 48mm to 432mm with a common hole pattern, making it easy to connect ot other structure. Also available as a large, small and low profile channel pack.

Large Channel Pack

U-Channel Bumper (4 pack)
The Studica Robotics U-Channel Bumper (4 pack) is connected to the end of a 48mm U-Channel and helps to eliminate sharp corners that can cause damage when the robot is bumping into other objects. It also creates an aesthetically clean finish to your robot.
Rubber Foot (4 pack)
The Studica Robotics nylon Rubber Foot (4 pack) is used with our structure for robotics design builds.
144mm Low Profile U-Channel
The Studica Robotics 144mm Low Profile U-Channel, available in six different colors, is 3mm thick and has a 48mm x 14mm profile. As with the other Studica Robotics building components, it has the common hole pattern which makes it easy to connect to other structure with very little or no additional machining required. You can easily connect to other channel, extrusions, bushings, bearing, mounting brackets and more so you can quickly assemble and disassemble robots and automated systems.
