Made from 3mm thick heavy 6061-T6 Aluminum, the Studica Robotics Inside U Bracket (2-pack) is 42mm x 45mm and is used inside a U-Channel or Low profile channel. As with the other Studica Robotics building components, it has the common hole pattern which makes it easy to connect to other structure with very little or no additional machining required. You can easily connect to other channel, extrusions, bushings, bearing, mounting brackets and more so you can quickly assemble and disassemble robots and automated systems.

The Studica Robotics 240mm U-Channel is 3mm thick and has a 48mm x 48mm profile. As with the other Studica Robotics building components, it has the common hole pattern which makes it easy to connect to other structure with very little or no additional machining required.
The 6mm diameter D -Shaft is made of stainless steel and is used throughout our building system as drive components. The D-Shaft profile is used with pulleys, gears and hubs when tightening the set screws and creating a non-slip connection.
The Studica Robotics Flange Bearing 14mm OD fits any channel or flat bracket with the common hole pattern having a center hole of 14mm. The inside diameter will fit any of the D-Shaft axles.
The Studica Robotics Shaft Coupling has an ID of 6mm and an OD of 12mm. It can be used with the 6mm D-Shaft Axle and a 6mm shaft DC motor.
