This protoshield allows you to add your own circuitry or components to your Grove system prototypes. This allows you access to all four lines from the connector cable ? S0, S1, VCC and GND. There is also an extra normally-open button to take advantage of. The hole spacing makes using normal DIP-format ICs and other components very simple. You may wish to purchase more for future use in advance.
Grove - LED is designed for the beginners of Arduino/Seeeduino to monitor
controls from digital ports. It can be mounted to the surface of your box or
desk easily and used as pilot lamp for power or signal. Its brightness can be
adjusted by potentiometer.
The RTC module is a member of Twig. It is based on the clock chip DS1307 which supports the I2C protocol. It uses a Lithium cell battery (CR1225). The clock/calendar provides seconds, minutes, hours, day, date, month, and year information. The end of the month date is automatically adjusted for months with fewer than 31 days, including corrections for leap year. The clock operates in either the 24-hour or 12-hour format with AM/PM indicator.
Grove - Servo is a bonus product for Grove lovers. We regulated the three-wire servo into a Grove standard connecter. You can plug and play it as a typical Grove module now, without jumper wires clutter. For all Grove users (especially beginners), we provide you guidance PDF documents. Please download and read through Preface - Getting Started and Introduction to Grove before your using of the product.
What does “P” mean? “P” is for “panel mount” in this product. This Grove – Switch is a mini SPDT slide, great for “ON/OFF” situations. It’s such a reliable switch of great build quality that we adopt it on many of our boards. You should stock some for your Grove prototyping system.
This temperature & humidity sensor provides a pre-calibrated digital output.
A unique capacitive sensor element measures relative humidity and the
temperature is measured by a negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistor.
It has excellent reliability and long term stability. Please note that this
sensor will not work for temperatures below 0 degree.
This is a multifunctional sensor that gives you temperature and relative humidity information at the same time. It utilizes a TH02 sensor that can meet measurement needs of general purposes. It provides reliable readings when environment humidity condition inbetween 0-80% RH, and temperature condition inbetween 0-70°C, covering needs in most home and daily applications that don't contain extreme conditions.
This water sensor module is part of the Twig system. This sensor works by
having a series of exposed traces connected to ground and interlaced between the
grounded traces are the sens traces. The sensor traces have a weak pull-up
resistor of 1 MΩ. The resistor will pull the sensor trace value high until a
drop of water shorts the sensor trace to the grounded trace. Believe it or not
this circuit will work with the digital I/O pins of your Arduino or you can use
it with the analog pins to detect the amount of water induced contact between
the grounded and sensor traces.
A true open hardware ,BeagleBone Series is credit-card-sized Linux computer that connects to the Internet and runs software such as Android 4.0 and Ubuntu. With plenty of I/O and processing power for real-time analysis provided by an AM335x 720MHz ARM® processor, BeagleBone can be complemented with cape plug-in boards to augment functionality.
And this Grove - Grove Cape for BeagleBone Series is an expansion board for BeagleBone Series to work with abundant Grove resources. There are 6 ready Grove sockets on the board cevering functions like UART, I2C and ADC. And in this way, all Grove Modules are accessible for the BeagleBone board. Wanna make some projects with BeagleBone and need some sensors or display? This Grove - Grove Cape for BeagleBone Series can bring you this convenience.
Compared with the previous version, The Shield Bot V1.1 can use the usb port
of PC to charge battery. And the charging efficiency is greatly improved after
we optimize the circuit. And you can use the Arduino/Seeeduino Vin pin to fast
charge.
Note: Compatible Arduino Board not included, try the Seeeduino.
The solar charger is a stackable shield to Arduino compatible platforms, enables adaptive battery power and act as energy harvester for in-field charging. You may use various batteries that has the voltage of 3.0V-4.2V to shift up for 5V output, or put on Li-ion battery and solar panel to form an autonomous sensor unit. The maximum current provided by the board can get up to 600mA. An usb connector is also useful to charge the battery.
Xadow UV Sensor is suitable for measuring the UV radiation in sunlight. It can detect the UV wavelength of 290 ~ 400 nm. The UV Sensor is outputting digital voltage value corresponding to UV light intensity. With the diagram of output voltage and UV, we can easy to know the current UV index. The Xadow UV Sensor can be powered by 3.3V. And it is compatible with Xadow system.
The Sharp IR Distance Sensor GP2Y0A21YK0F uses a beam of infrared light to reflect off an object to measure its distance. Because it uses triangulation of the beam of light to calculate the distance, it is able to provide consistent and reliable readings which are less sensitive to temperature variation or the object’s reflectivity. The sensor outputs an analog voltage corresponding to the distance of the object, and can easily be read using an inexpensive analog to digital converter (ADC) chip.
TinkerKit Hall Sensor module creates a voltage related to the magnetic field around the sensor. This can be used to detect distance from a nearby magnet. Hall sensors can also be used to detect the magnetic field induced in a wire or coil.
TinkerKit Sensor Shield V.2 allows you to hook up the TinkerKit Sensors
and Actuators directly to the Arduino without the use of the breadboard. It has
12 standard TinkerKit 3 pin connectors.
