The Studica Robotics Expansion Pack includes U channels, flat brackets, L brackets, D-shafts, bushings, spacers, gears, screw caps, nuts and standoffs, ideal for your robotics designs.
This expansion pack includes many parts needed to design an amazing robot of your own creation, including;
U-channels to provide support and rigidity to the robot's frame.
Flat brackets as mounts or brackets for attaching components to the robot's frame.
L-brackets to provide a stable and secure way to attach components such as motors, batteries, sensors, or other parts to the robot's frame.
D-shafts for transmitting torque, providing guidance, and adding structural support to various components of the robot.
Bushings to reduce friction and wear between moving parts.
Spacers to create a gap or space between two parts.
Standoffs to create a fixed or adjustable gap between parts such as circuit boards, panels, or plates.
The Studica U Channel is 3mm thick and has a 48mm x 48mm profile. As with the other Studica Robotics building components, it has the common hole pattern which makes it easy to connect to other structure with very little or no additional machining required. You can easily connect to other channel, extrusions, bushings, bearing, mounting brackets and more so you can quickly assemble and disassemble robots and automated systems.

Made from 3mm thick heavy 6061-T6 Aluminum, the L Bracket is 48mm x 48mm and is used outside the U Channel or Low profile channel. As with the other Studica Robotics building components, it has the common hole pattern which makes it easy to connect to other structure with very little or no additional machining required. You can easily connect to other channel, extrusions, bushings, bearing, mounting brackets and more so you can quickly assemble and disassemble robots and automated systems.
Made from 3mm thick heavy 6061-T6 Aluminum, the Inside L Bracket is 42mm x 45mm and is used inside the U Channel or Low profile channel.As with the other Studica Robotics building components, it has the common hole pattern which makes it easy to connect to other structure with very little or no additional machining required. You can easily connect to other channel, extrusions, bushings, bearing, mounting brackets and more so you can quickly assemble and disassemble robots and automated systems.
The Studica Robotics D-Shaft Collar is 6mm ID and 12mm OD. The inside diameter will fit any of the D-Shaft axles.

The 6mm diameter D -Shaft is made of stainless steel and is used throughout our building system as drive components. The D-Shaft profile is used with pulleys, gears and hubs when tightening the set screws and creating a non-slip connection.

The Bronze Bushing 6mm ID x 14mm OD fits any of the channel and flat brackets having the commoncenter hole pattern of 14mm. The inside diameter will fit any of the D-Shaft axels.

The Flange Bearing 14mm OD fits any of the channel and flat brackets with the common hole pattern having a center hole of 14mm. The inside diameter will fit any of the D-Shaft axels.
This 1mm Spacer is used to space gears, sprockets, wheels, and other parts along a 6mm shaft. Mix and match various spacer lengths.
SPECIFICATIONS
The 6mm Shaft hub is used to connect any Studica wheel and the Studica motor or any motor with a 6mm shaft.
A 128 tooth gear for robotics design, made from 6061-T6 aluminum, with a 6.35mm thickness and a 14mm hole diameter.
The Studica Multi-Mode Smart Servo features all-steel gears and large amounts of torque. This angular programmable Servo can fill a variety of roles on your robot or project. In standard mode, it operates on a +/- 150-degree range. Using the Studica Smart Robot Servo Programmer (sold separately) the Multi-mode Smart Servo can be configured to run in continuous, standard, and custom angular mode. In continuous rotation mode, the servo will have proportional speed control based on the PWM signal that you send with your servo controller.
Standoffs can be used to space parallel plates, channel, brackets, etc.
