fischertechnik Factory Simulation is a large-scale model that combines the Sorting Line With Color Detection, Multi Processing Station With Oven, Automated High-Bay Warehouse and Vacuum Gripper Robot into one integrated unit. This fischertechnik set demonstrates how these models work together to create an automated material cycle. As part of fischertechnik's Training and Simulation line, this set is the ultimate solution for teaching industrial skills to students.

The fischertechnik Factory Simulation set is the ultimate solution for learning how an automated industrial cycle functions.

The self-contained material cycle completes the following pattern:
The workpieces are retrieved from the Automated High-Bay Warehouse using the Vacuum Gripper Robot; they are then processed in the Multi-Processing Station; and then sorted by color using the Sorting Line with Color Detection model. The cycle is then repeated by returning the completed material to the Automated High-Bay Warehouse.

  • Automated High Bay Warehouse focuses on important modern industrial mechanics with a warehouse model that includes a conveyor belt and a shelf stacker. The Bay Warehouse model demonstrates how industries automate the storage and retrieval of materials, finished products, machines, etc.

  • The Vacuum Gripper Robot is a 3-axis robot with vacuum gripper that works quickly and precisely, positioning workpieces in three-dimensional environments. Builders will explore mechanics, programming and more.

  • Multi-Processing Station with Oven is a functioning replica of a downstream processing station with a pneumatic transfer unit, which includes a vacuum gripper, cutter with rotary table and a conveyor belt.

  • Sorting Line with Color Detection is a working model, developed to identify workpieces of a different color and sort them via a conveyor belt into the provided storage unit.

This model is available in two different versions: the 9V version, which includes 5 pre-programmed Robotics TXT Controllers, and the industry standard 24V version, which requires a PLC unit for all operations..

9V Version
This version of the Factory Simulation is pre-programmed and includes five Robotics TXT Controller. Three separate power supplies are required.

24V Version
The Factory Simulation 24V Version is specifically designed to work with your existing PLC unit. It will easily integrate into your system, but requires a programmable controller to function.
