In many new installs of LMTools the configuration looks correct, but does not start the server. In most cases it is because no debug log was created during the install.

Interesting STEM News from K12Lab for Education
A high school robotics class teamed up with a regional health care clinic and together they’ve created a Knee Brace Simulator. Utilizing LabVIEW for Education and the NI myDAQ.
