On the Road with Studica Robotics

At Studica Robotics, we offer a diverse range of structure components, such as aluminum channel, bearings, gears, and precision shafts. We also provide motion components including motors, pulleys, and slides, as well as a selection of electronics such as our VMX controller, sensors, 3D depth camera, and batteries. Additionally, we offer a selection of robot training and building kits. Our Studica Robotics team has attended FTC competitions from coast to coast to cheer on teams and showcase our complete robotics building platform. We’ve had the opportunity to speak directly with mentors and participants and have enjoyed learning about what teams are looking for and how they feel about our products.

Studica Robotics Feedback from FTC Teams

We are excited about the great things FTC teams are saying about our products. Here is some of the feedback we’ve received.

  • Studica Robotics at Kentucky Event“With the Studica Robotics structure and hole pattern, the quality is second to none. No burs to cut your hands, and the holes are not sharp so that wires aren’t getting spliced during operation. The hole pattern is very smart allowing us to use our old products but on its own it gives us more possibilities for attaching which has saved us from cutting and drilling and wasting material.”

  • “I was particularly impressed with the clever design of the T-slot extrusions, being essentially a hollow tube with 4 T-Slots, providing exceptional torsional rigidity compared to the offerings from other vendors, while keeping the weight in check.”
  • “The 100mm Slim Mecanum wheels are much better than from other vendors. They are slimmer, stronger, and roller assemblies don’t come apart.”
  • “I love the Studica Robotics slide rails. They are smooth, have a lower profile, which will save a ton of room, and have predrilled and tapped holes which match the channel.”

From the meticulous organizers and passionate volunteers to the guiding mentors and committed team members, their collective contributions make these events possible. Their unwavering support enriches the robotics community, fostering an environment of collaboration and growth.
