What’s New in Lumion 11.3?

As we all know, lighting is fundamental in architecture. The interplay of shadow and light allows you to feel something about a space. The new Shadows for Omni lights feature gives you the ability to illuminate a space with light and let the shadows tell a story. This tool allows you to add dynamic lighting to your renders easily. You can reveal all the layers of your design, from multiple angles, with the new multifunctional clip planes option. Other features include improved group selection, new character silhouettes, rendered measurements, and more. Summary of Lumion 11 PRO

When Lumion 11 PRO  was released in November, a major new feature was the Orthographic View that lets you add color, texture, and life into your technical renderings. They expanded Lumion LiveSync to BrickCAD and added an Animated phasing* effect for the Pro version. Actually, it is important to note that all the new features are included in the Lumion 11.3 PRO version. However, in the regular Lumion 11.3 version, many of these features are not included.

Lumion also added Rain streaks, a Metallic car shader, and Volumetric fire effects. Plus, they added 401 new objects that included animated people, animals, and fine-detail nature models. Plus,  high-quality materials such as wood floors and carpets and much more. They developed a simpler rendering workflow with a RAL color picker, Custom IES spotlights, and high-quality theater preview. Plus, basic tutorials for new users were added. Other workflow improvements included an updated user interface, color picker, custom value input, and proxies for better FPS. OSM satellite maps and Artistic panorama effects were also added.
