Unlock the World of Automation & Control Systems

Industrial Simulation & Training Modelsfischertechnik offers an affordable and realistic line of training models that are an excellent solution for teaching and understanding automation and control systems. These industrial and factory simulation models provide hands-on tools for teaching and demonstrating PLCs and the programming languages used to control them. Schools, universities, and companies all around the world who are involved in manufacturing and IoT take advantage of these industrial simulation models for teaching about modern manufacturing.

Studica at AutomateThese are pre-assembled, small-scale models that replicate in appearance and function, various automated/robotic machines and systems. Models in the fischertechnik simulation line include conveyor belts, punching machines, pick-and-place robotic arms, color sorting lines, and high-bay warehouse storage systems. These models are designed for use with most of the popular, industry-standard PLCs, and allow you to create programming using the PLC language of your choosing.

In addition to these individual models which focus on specific automated processes, fischertechnik also offers integrated models such as the Factory Simulation model. This model consists of four individual work-stations—a vacuum gripper robot, a high-bay storage warehouse, a multi-processing station with oven, and a sorting line with color detection—all working together as a self-contained, material cycle. There is also the Training Factory Industry 4.0 that is also available in options that include a PLC connection board or the PLC Siemens S7-1500.
