Adobe offers Non-Profit licenses with Value Incentive Plan options

The Adobe Value Incentive Plan (VIP) is a subscription-based licensing program that makes it easy for non-profit organizations to purchase, operate and manage Adobe products. Non-profit users are offered two licensing types: named-user license for use by an individual and shared device licenses for use on an office computer.

You can purchase the complete set of creative apps or just a single one, with or without services. VIP licensing durations are available for up to 4 years. To support organizations of all sizes, VIP has no minimum purchase requirement.
