Return Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. Unless otherwise noted, returns can be made within 30 days of delivery if the product is unopened, and all security seals are intact. Please Note: All downloadable items are non-returnable as they are considered opened upon receipt. Special order items are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, you must first obtain Return Authorization. Contact our Customer Service via email at [email protected] or by phone at 888-561-7521 (M-F 9am-5pm ET). Alternatively, you can submit a request through our Contact Us page.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied if no replacement order of equal or greater value is made at the time of return. Defective products must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. No refunds are issued for opened products, downloadable products, school/non-profit licensing, or media items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with these conditions.
