Wheels & Tires
In robotics design builds, wheels and tires are obvious and critical components serving as the primary means of mobility for your robot. They allow robots to navigate and maneuver in different directions, adapt to various terrain types depending on the type of wheel/tire, influence speed and efficiency, adjust to varying payload capacities, reduce stress on the chassis with shock absorption and can be integrated with sensors, encoders, and actuators.
Wheel Pack
The Studica Robotics Wheel Pack contains an assortment of drive wheels, omni wheels, D-shafts, bushings, shaft hubs, a bearing and a shaft spacer for your robotics competition designs.
100mm Slim Mecanum Wheel Set (Bearing Rollers, 2 left, 2 right)
The Studica Robotics 100mm Slim Mecanum Wheel Set comes with 2 left and 2 right wheels with steel ball bearings, blue steel frame and black rollers. The wheel comprised of 12 black rollers and is able to move in any direction. Rollers are set at 45° to the axis of rotation of the wheel. Rollers are mounted with steel ball bearings, making the roll more fluent.
100mm Drive Wheel, 50A, 12.5mm wide, 1/2" Inner Hex, Blue
The Studica Robotics 100mm Drive Wheel (4"), with a 12.5mm axial width can be used as a simple wheel providing good traction on carpet and tile flooring. They can also be used for intake systems. Use with 1/2" hex shaft or use a 6mm Shaft Hub to connect to 6mm D-Shaft axles.

The Studica Robotics 100mm (4 inch) Double Plastic Omni Wheel provides rotational and sideways 360° maneuverability and includes integrated 6mm plastic Hub. Great for omni directional movement and rotation, easy direction control and tracking, and for fast turning.

The Studica Robotics 38mm Omni Wheel was designed as an odometry wheel that can fit inside most channel sizes. For ease of use, three cores were designed to fit the 6mm D-Shaft, 5mm Hex Shaft, and 7mm Hex Shaft. The wheel is open for easy use in any ecosystem with the provided different-sized cores.
