Academic verification
Many manufactures require proof of current academic verification to purchase products at a discounted price for learning purposes. At Studica, you can verify your status with one of two options;
- Instant verification - via Proxi ID, provide your first and last name, school email address and full name of your school.
- Manual verification - this requires you to upload your verification to www.studica.com/customer/EducationVerification for review.
What can I send as academic verification?
Acceptable forms of academic verification are as follows. You only need to submit one form of proof from the list below. To be approved, the proof must show student/faculty name, school name, a current date, and student ID number for some manufacturers.
- Currently dated Student ID Card with photo
- Currently dated Faculty ID Card with photo
- Currently dated class schedule with student and school name
- Currently dated letter from your on school letterhead confirming you are currently enrolled/employed for the noted academic calendar year
- Copy of recent pay stub
- Official/unofficial current transcript
- Currently dated tuition bill
How to send your current academic verification
- Scan or take a photo of your verification and upload it at https://www.studica.com/customer/EducationVerification.
- Scan or take a photo of your verification and email it to us at [email protected] with the subject as "Re: Order: 123456" *Replace 123456 with your order number.
- Fax your verification to us at 877-754-2807. In the cover letter reference your order number
- Send by mail
