fischertechnik is a flexible and innovative construction system built around the unique fischertechnik building block, which allows attachment at all six sides. fischertechnik's system of interlocking building blocks, motors, sensors, lights, computer controllers, and software allow you to build countless fun and functional models from Ferris Wheels and Construction Cranes to robots you can program and control. Designed with an engineering mindset, the creative possibilities with fischertechnik are limitless!
fischertechnik for schools - A hands-on STEM and robotics learning continuum that makes important future skills tangible for learners in primary and secondary schools as well as in training and universities.
fischertechnik for industry - Tomorrow's production requires agility, AI and Industry 4.0. Companies need to invest in innovation and training. With fischertechnik simulation models, you can create sustainable learning experiences for the future.
The fischertechnik Agile Production Simulation (APS) 24V with S7-1200 PLCs is designed as an ideal training model tailored for Higher Education and professional Industrial training applications. Consists of individual modules such as incoming and outgoing goods, high-bay warehouse, milling station, drilling station, and quality assurance with AI. A driverless transport system flexibly transports workpieces between the individual stations and ensures a flexible production process that can be adapted to customer requirements.
Advantages:
The fischertechnik learning environment is used for learning and understanding industry 4.0 applications in vocational school and training and for use in research, teaching and development at universities, in companies and IT departments. The simulation depicts the ordering process, the production process, and the delivery process in digitized and networked process steps.
The fischertechnik Factory Simulation model combines four models --Vacuum Gripper Robot, Automated High Bay Warehouse, Multi-Processing Station with Oven, and the Sorting Line with Color Detection--into one self-contained material cycle.
Workpieces are retrieved from the Automated High Bay Warehouse using the Vacuum Gripper Robot, and then moved to the Multi-Processing Station with Oven. After the work-piece has been processed by this machine, it is then sorted by color in the Sorting Line with Color Detection, before being again moved by the Vacuum Gripper Robot to the Automated High Bay Warehouse for storage. This fully assembled factory simulation training model is ideal for use with PLCs (Programable Logic Controllers) and PLC programming software.
The Training Factory Industry 4.0 – 24V from fischertechnik is an extremely flexible, modular, reasonably priced, and highly robust training and simulation model for use with most popular industrial PLCs. Explore Industry 4.0 and more with this powerful 24V simulation model that includes a variety of factory modules. Details below.
Model consists of a transport belt with a length of 275 mm. used to transport workpieces with a diameter of up to 29mm. Multiple conveyors can easily be connected to increase the length of transport as desired. Fully assembled training model for use with PLC (Programable Logic Controllers) and PLC programming software.
Fundamentals of Engineering and Construction: The ideal technology construction set for all future mechanical engineers. The areas of dynamics, statics, gears, structure, and bracing are all addressed as students learn by building models that illustrate the principles behind these concepts. This set will help students to answer questions such as:

This set provides you with instructions and materials for building four reality-based and fully functional industrial simulation robots, including a high-rack storage robot, 3-axis robot and 2 other grappler robots. Stable and sturdy fischertechnik aluminum channels are used in all models to simulate robotics in industry. The instructional activity booklet provides support in the form of background information, projects and programming tips. For programmers and designers from age 10.
REQUIRES ROBO TX Controller, ROBO Pro software and either Acuu Set or Energy Set to perform all functions--each sold separately.
The fischertechnik Education Robotics: BT Beginner has over 380 pieces and the aid of sensors (phototransistors, push buttons) and actuators (XS motors, LED light barriers). Students can construct 12 easy-to understand models such as hand dryer, carousel, level crossing, conveyor belt with stamping machine and mobile caterpillar machine. The BT Smart Controller with 4 inputs for sensors and 2 outputs for motors and lamps features a USB port and a Bluetooth 4.0 port. The ROBO Pro Light software (available for download) makes it possible to program the models quickly, easily and in a way that is easy to follow. In addition, it is also possible to program the models using a tablet (initially Android) via an app. Comprehensive instructions are provided on the fischertechnik eLearning portal (fischertechnik-elearning.com) to support the student’s learning process and to explain the programming in an easy-to-follow way. The new BT Smart Controller will also work with Scratch. For the engineers and programmers of tomorrow.
Learn and understand the principles of Solar Power with the fischertechnik Education Solar: Beginner kit. Renewable energy sources will play an increasingly significant role in future. A solar module generates electricity from the energy of the sun to move the solar boats and the solar car. Whether on water or land, the construction set is a learning-by-playing approach to solar power. The solar module and solar motor can be used to make a solar vehicle, a ventilating fan and two floating ship models ("Solar Catamaran" and "Paddle Steamer"). The instructional activity information about solar is available online (fischertechnik-eLearning.com).
Programming in elementary school
The new “Starter Set for micro:bit” by fischertechnik is a great method for teaching students in grade 3 and above the basic principles of programming with single board micro:bit computers. The set includes the fischertechnik parts needed for building three stationary models, and the new fischertechnik “micro:bit IO F5 adapter”. This adapter board features 8 outputs and 6 inputs. It can be used to control the three simple and easy to understand simulation models (a pedestrian light, an automated hand dryer, and an automated parking barrier) equipped with actuators and sensors using the “micro:bit” board. The additional teaching and activity materials, available for free download on the fischertechnik eLearning Portal, provide direction on getting started with the models, as well as performing various informative tasks.
U-shaped conveyor line. Features a milling and a drilling station, and four conveyor belt sections. Fully assembled training model for use with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and PLC programming software.
