The Makeblock Me Compass is a 3-axis digital compass. The main chip is Honeywell HMC5883L. On-board regulator provides stable power for HMC5883L.

Me Slide Potentiometer is one type of potentiometer that can be used to control volume, light intensity, motor speed, movement control, etc. in interactive projects.

How Does It Work?

This Me Slide Potentiometer can be combined with Me Orion (or other Arduino IO/sensor expansion board) in interactive projects. Move the lever from one side to the other, its output voltage will range between 0 V to the VCC you apply. The VCC Me Slide Potentiometer supports vary from 3.3V to 5V.

If you connect this module to Me Orion, please make sure you connect it to port 6, port 7 or port 8.

Standard USB 2.0 cable. Use it to connect Arduino Uno, Arduino Mega 2560, or any board with the USB female A port of your computer. Cable length is approximately 178cm.

The Makeblock Me Touch Sensor will be triggered by finger touch. Users can also connect the "TOUCH" pinhole to metal and touch the metal to trigger the sensor. This touch sensor give you the ability to adjust the sensitiity to fit your project. It needs 0.5s for the self-calibration after energized.

The Makeblock Me RGB LED V1 is a shiny Me series module which has 4 full color ws2812 RGB LEDs. It has an integrated chip giving you control of each LED individually to adjust its brightness and create any color by mixing different amounts of red, green, blue.

The Makeblock Me Shutter V1.0 is a Me series module used to automatically take pictures with your DSLR camera. It helps you shoot high speed photos, or use it to make ”Timelapse” videos and pictures for an Arduino project.

Me Line Follower Array is specially designed for professional users who need to make line-following robots, such as makers. It has 6 pair infrared probes on which the high-precision comparators will compare the detected colors. Compared to Me Line Follower, it has higher precision. When black line on the white background is detected by the comparators, the LED light will turn on and the robot will move along the black line. On the contrary, when the white line on the black background is detected, robot will follow the white line. You can also adjust the detecting sensibility with the potentiometer beside the probes, so that the probes will be adapted to different surroundings and detecting heights. This module utilizes unibus to transmit data. The MCU inside is used to send data to the main control.
