Before you download your software there are a few things you should know:

• This software may only be installed on your personal machine, not a school computer.
• This software has a maximum of 3 installations.
• This software is for educational use only by students and educators, and is not permitted for institutional or research use.
• You will need your serial number which can be found in the "Downloadable Products" section of your Studica Account.

IMPORTANT NOTES & INSTALLATION INFORMATION:

• YOUR CODE WILL ONLY WORK FOR THE PRODUCT YOU PURCHASED. BE SURE TO ONLY DOWNLOAD THE PRODUCT YOU PURCHASED. 
• You will need your serial number which was emailed to you from Studica. It can also be found in the "Downloadable Products" section of your Studica Account.
• Please review your purchase to verify what software you are entitled to download and activate.

In the event you receive an Evaluation Period has ended message and a request for a 20 digit code, please follow the steps below.

• Go to start
• Type "NI License Manager"
• Open up the "NI License Manager" program
• In the license manager, click the + icon next to "Multisim 14.x"
• Under the "Schematic Capture and Simulation" section, right-click on "Student Edition" and select "Activate"
• An activation window will open. Choose the first option, which states "Automatically Activate Through a Secure Internet Connection" and select "Next"
• Enter the product key you received from Studica (BXXXXXXXX) and select "Next"
• Next, you need to login to your NI account
  • If you do not have an account already, you need to select the "Creation a New Account" option. This can be found below the text boxes.
  • If you create an account, fill out the information asked of you and return to the activation wizard to enter your new credentials. Once completed, select "Next"
• Leave the box checked that states, "I am the end user of these products...." and select "Next"
• Select "Next" again, and the program will send a request to National Instruments\' servers for activation
• At this point, the next screen should confirm activation and you can open your Multisim program for use.
