    Support is offered during normal business hours Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). This support is for issues dealing with installation and troubleshooting of the Autodesk products. Questions regarding the customization of a particular feature set is not covered by Studica's Education Maintenance & Support. Studica offers separate fee based training sessions for such inquires.

    *For those customers who do not wish to purchase the Studica Education Maintenance & Support Annual option, support from Studica will be available on a per incident basis, minimum charge of $295 per incident, billable at $99 per hour. Minimum payment is required payable with a credit card, at the initialization of the incident.
