V-Rail Extrusions
Our extrusion parts provide a framework to integrate other components of your robot. Made of 3mm thick, 6061-T6 aluminum, the anodized, deburred and polished pieces are strong and safe, and available in blue, green, gold, red, black and clear (silver). They are available is lengths from 48mm to 1000mm, with four M3 threaded holes on each end.

Created for FTC, FRC, WorldSkills, automation applications and camera slide systems, the Studica Robotics T-Slot 3030 V-Rail is available in 10 different lengths from 48mm to 1000mm, and six different colors. It is strong while light weight. It can be easily cut to your own custom size. It has a 14mm through hole that will fit the Studica 6mmID x 14mmOD Flanged Bearing or Bronze Bushing. It uses the M3 T-Slot Nut Hammer Head Series 20. It also has four M3 threaded holes on each end. Use it as structure on infinite applications. These anodized, deburred and polished pieces are strong and safe to work with.
