Structural Components for Robotics
Our structure components provide a framework to easily integrate with other components of your robot. Made of 3mm thick, 6061-T6 aluminum, these anodized, deburred and polished pieces are strong and safe to work with, and are now available in blue, green, gold, red, black and clear (silver). Our structures have a common patented hole pattern which makes it easy to connect to other structures with very little or no machining required. 6mm x 140mm Hex-Shaft (6 pack)
The 6mm x 140mm Hex-Shaft is made of stainless steel and is used throughout our building system as drive components. The Hex-Shaft profile is used with pulleys, gears and hubs when tightening the set screws and creating a non-slip connection.
1-1 Motor 6mm Hex-Shaft Kit
The Studica Robotics 1-1 Motor Hex-Shaft Kit can be used with the Studica Maverick or any FTC legal motor such as the Neverest Classic (6600 RPM) or the REV HD Hex motor (6000 RPM). The kit includes a faceplate which supports the Studica Robotics building platform. The shaft is press-fit onto the motor's shaft.

1000mm T-Slot 3030 V-Rail
Created for FTC, FRC, WorldSkills, automation applications and camera slide systems, the Studica Robotics T-Slot 3030 V-Rail is available in 10 different lengths from 48mm to 1000mm, and six different colors. It is strong while light weight. It can be easily cut to your own custom size. It has a 14mm through hole that will fit the Studica 6mmID x 14mmOD Flanged Bearing or Bronze Bushing. It uses the M3 T-Slot Nut Hammer Head Series 20. It also has four M3 threaded holes on each end. Use it as structure on infinite applications. These anodized, deburred and polished pieces are strong and safe to work with.

120 Degree Bracket
The Studica Robotics 120 Degree Bracket, available in six different colors, is ideal for connecting two channel pieces at 120 degrees from each other. Each side is 48mm wide to fit perfectly on the channel. Use 3 brackets with 3 channel pieces to make 3 wheeled robots. These anodized, deburred and polished pieces are strong and safe to work with.
