Our structure components provide a framework to easily integrate with other components of your robot. Made of 3mm thick, 6061-T6 aluminum, these anodized, deburred and polished pieces are strong and safe to work with, and are now available in blue, green, gold, red, black and clear (silver). Our structures have a common patented hole pattern which makes it easy to connect to other structures with very little or no machining required. 240mm Flat Beam
The Studica Robotics Flat Beam is 3mm thick and 8mm wide, with a length of 240mm. Available in six different colors. These anodized, deburred and polished pieces are strong and safe to work with.

240mm L-Beam
The Studica Robotics 240mm L-Beam, in six different colors, has a width and height of 14mm each. It is strong while light-weight. It can be easily cut to your own custom size. The hole pattern matches the hole patterns in the Studica U-Channel, Low Profile U-Channel, and the various plates. Ideal for rapid prototyping. These anodized, deburred and polished pieces are strong and safe to work with.

240mm Low Profile U-Channel
The Studica Robotics 240mm Low Profile U-Channel, available in six different colors, is 3mm thick and has a 48mm x 14mm profile. As with the other Studica Robotics building components, it has the common hole pattern which makes it easy to connect to other structure with very little or no additional machining required. You can easily connect to other channel, extrusions, bushings, bearing, mounting brackets and more so you can quickly assemble and disassemble robots and automated systems. These anodized, deburred and polished pieces are strong and safe to work with.

240mm Square Beam
The Studica Robotics 240mm Square Beam, available in six different colors, is 8mm by 8mm. As with the other Studica Robotics building components, it has the common hole pattern which makes it easy to connect to other structure with very little or no additional machining required. These anodized, deburred and polished pieces are strong and safe to work with.

240mm T-Slot 3030 V-Rail
Created for FTC, FRC, WorldSkills, automation applications and camera slide systems, the Studica Robotics T-Slot 3030 V-Rail is available in 10 different lengths from 48mm to 1000mm, and six different colors. It is strong while light weight. It can be easily cut to your own custom size. It has a 14mm through hole that will fit the Studica 6mmID x 14mmOD Flanged Bearing or Bronze Bushing. It uses the M3 T-Slot Nut Hammer Head Series 20. It also has four M3 threaded holes on each end. Use it as structure on infinite applications. These anodized, deburred and polished pieces are strong and safe to work with.

The Studica Robotics 240mm U-Channel, available in six different colors, is 3mm thick and has a 48mm x 48mm profile. As with the other Studica Robotics building components, it has the common hole pattern which makes it easy to connect to other structure with very little or no additional machining required. These anodized, deburred and polished pieces are strong and safe to work with.
